2. CPC Children's Product Certificate
CPC needs to contain 7 elements
a. Identification of the product covered by this certificate: Product identification, you can write the product name and model, etc.
b. Citation to each CPSC product safety regulation to which this product is being certified: the US regulations or standards that the product complies with, and the applicable regulations and standards may vary depending on the product, here it needs to be filled out according to the test report of the actual product
c. Identification of the importer or domestic manufacturer certifying compliance of the product: US importer or US domestic manufacturer
d. Contact information for the individual maintaining records of test results: the contact information of the test result maintainer, generally the contact information of the test applicant
e. Date and place where this product was manufactured: when and where the product was manufactured, the date can be written in the month; the address can be written in the city
f. Date and place where this product was tested for compliance with the regulation(s) cited above: Date and place where this product was tested
g. Identify the third party, CPSC-accepted where this product was tested by an accredited laboratory (accepted by the CPSC) for compliance with the regulation(s) cited above: the laboratory and contact information of the testing product, the requirements here must be in CPSC accredited laboratory for testing
