Japan JFSL
Food-grade testing in Japan is managed by the Japanese Ministry of Health and Social Security (Ministry of Health and Health, Japan), and the relevant regulations are Japan Food Sanitation Law 370.

ITALIAN MINISTERIAL DECREE 21-03-1973
In addition to complying with the requirements of EU EC No 1935/2004 regulations, food contact products sold in Italy must also comply with local Italian regulations, including Italy Office Gazette GU 283 on April 1962 and Ministerial Decree of 21 March 1973 and its modified versions requirements. Among them, food-grade safety of stainless steel, glass, plastic and other materials is of high concern.
Additional requirements for plastic products
In addition to the requirements of EU No 10/2011, the migration test of pigments needs to be added, and the light transmittance of the food simulant liquid is required to be above 95%.
U.K
Before Brexit, the UK was a different type from Germany and France in the field of food contact material legislation. The UK does not formulate its own technical regulations on food contact material safety at the national level, but converts and implements EU regulations by issuing SI legal documents (Statutory Instrument).
The current SI documents corresponding to various EU food contact material regulations are: SI 2011 No. 231 (plastics), SI 2006 No. 1179 (ceramics), SI 1995 No. 1012 (nitrosamines for rubber nipples). SI 2010 No.2225 (The Materials and Articles in Contact with Food (England) Regulations 2010) released in 2010 is aligned with the EU 1935/2004 framework regulations and 2003/2006 GMP regulations, and also includes active and intelligent 450/2009 regulations. Conversion of the Materials Regulations and the 2007/72 Regenerated Cellulose Membrane Directive.

After the UK leaves the EU, many of the original EU product regulations will be used and copied to the UK, so most of the safety testing requirements will use the EU's unified standards.
