Basic Requirements
The tobacco used in the product should be free of foreign substances, whether plant or non plant.
The percentage of moisture in the tobacco used shall not be less than 7%.
The percentage of nicotine in used tobacco shall not exceed 3.5% of dry weight.
The ratio of sodium benzoate or potassium sorbate shall not exceed 2 grams per kilogram of tobacco weight.
The pesticide residues in tobacco should be within the internationally allowed range.
Heating the product does not produce any ash or combustion.
The purity of propylene glycol should not be lower than 95%.
The purity of glycerol should not be less than 98% and should be food grade
Packaging requirements
The product should be packaged appropriately to ensure that its characteristics are preserved without affecting its quality and suitability for consumption. The following information should be written in Arabic and cannot be erased or erased. It can also be described in a foreign language other than Arabic.

Trademark on packaging and products (if any).
The name of the manufacturer or importer, as well as the country of origin in the case of import.
The weight percentage of nicotine in the product.
